Developing Leaders the World Needs Now
For organizations to succeed on today’s global playing field, leaders need to be people who can influence people-first workplaces, adaptability in the midst of ongoing uncertainty, and a balance of change and stability.
Explore three virtual learning paths to support your leaders in being 100% responsible for showing up effectively. Each are customized to be responsive to your context and needs.
1. Fundamentals of Transformational Leadership – a Four-Part Program
A highly interactive learning experience laying the foundation for effective leadership.
The Inner and Outer Game of Effective Leadership
Relational and Conversational Capacity to Work Well Together
Conditions for Team Effectiveness and Positive Team Culture
Being a Learning and Developmental Organization
2. Targeted Virtual Learning – 75″ Experiences
Engaging, relevant, and human-centric learning designed to make your leadership more effective.
Let’s have a dialogue about what topic fits your learning agenda and desired results.
Sample of workshops I’ve created for clients:
- Listening to Learn
- Integrity–Being Your Word
- Making Impeccable Agreements to Get Work Done
- Resolving Breakdowns in Agreements
- Being a Facilitative Leader
- Leader As Coach
- Having Conversations that Matter
- Transform Delegation Into Powerful Partnerships
Participants complete independent learning and join together to share insights, discuss possibilities, and generate actions and accountability supports for growth.
Examples: read an article, watch a video, listen to a podcast, or complete a leadership exercise or assessment.
3. Peer Leadership Circles – 90 to 120" Experiences
Capitalize on the power of peers to elevate your effectiveness.
Leadership “at the top” can be isolating and obtaining impartial advice, difficult. A Peer Leadership Circle provides leaders with a safe space to engage in a facilitated dialogue about their aspirations and challenges – and receive the support of peers in moving productively forward.
Leadership Circles can be designed to include peers from a single organization, divisions across an organization, or leaders in different geographic locations.
Linda is a joy to work with. She has been a collaborator with our team in designing and delivering both online and in-person learning experiences for our firm. Including from start to finish on our Manager Bootcamp, a key part of our Leadership Development program. Linda consistently adapted these experiences based on participant feedback and the firm’s needs. If you are looking for a true partner to develop and facilitate your leadership program, Linda is an excellent choice!
