3. Peer Leadership Circles – 90 to 120" Experiences

Capitalize on the power of peers to elevate your effectiveness.

A Peer Leadership Circle provides leaders with a safe space to engage in a facilitated dialogue about their aspirations and challenges – and receive the support of peers in moving productively forward.

Leadership Circles can be designed to include peers from a single organization, divisions across an organization, or leaders in different geographic locations.

From the start, Linda was a member of our team through and through. She began by gaining a thorough and broad understanding of our organization and used her experience and our goals to create a meaningful and impactful two-day retreat for our community that both met our organization’s strategic needs while lifting our employees and bringing us closer into alignment around our work together.

–Lindsay Francescutti, Director of Community Relations, Lake Champlain Waldorf School, Vermont

Linda is a joy to work with. She has been a collaborator with our team in designing and delivering both online and in-person learning experiences for our firm. Including from start to finish on our Manager Bootcamp, a key part of our Leadership Development program. Linda consistently adapted these experiences based on participant feedback and the firm’s needs. If you are looking for a true partner to develop and facilitate your leadership program, Linda is an excellent choice!

–Carrie Chin, Learning and Development Team, Sikich University, Sikich LLP

I have worked with Dr. Linda Beitz on and off for over 10 years. With each collaboration, I find myself resonating with a vision for the world that Linda believes we can co-create. There are no barriers or negatives, we simply hold on and learn and grow. Linda has permanently altered the direction of our company with her clear eyed, aspirational thought leadership. I have never met anyone who is so fully immersed in the research and literature on leadership and vision work in this field. Most importanly, Linda listens. Really listens. She teaches others how to listen in ways they haven’t before. She has taught us how much power is in the listening. I have turned to Linda in times of need and in times of growth. I have turned to Linda to reflect and learn. I have turned to Linda to lead my team of change-makers into unknown territory, within our system of education, with skills, confidence and kindness. I have often referred to Linda as the ‘leadership whisperer’. A scholar and colleague whom is most fulfilled when others soar.
